I formulated a plan of changing my sleep score on my Fitbit by doing nightly yoga for 10 minutes to try to improve my sleep score. If I did not complete my nightly yoga I would have to do yard work for 15 minutes as a punishment. I need to write a paper that summarizes my plan, my data collection method, & any changes in behavior. I have attached photos of the data I collected.
