Topic: Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) and interventions for depression
Students will select one of the biological systems and use the literature to identify practitioner interventions that target that system. The literature will be synthesized within an annotated bibliography. For example, one might choose the microbiome-gut-brain axis (MGBA) and examine the evidence for interventions such as, nutritional psychoeducation, CBT-Insomnia, lifestyle changes, or the use of pre/probiotics.
This annotated bibliography should contain 8 articles. (about one and a half page for each article)
